Description
===========
Kendelford Avon, an abandoned trading post on the trade route to Gideon in Black Marsh. Many years ago, a plague devastated the town and the survivors left. Now, no one goes there. Partially due to fears of plague, but also rumors that someone, or something, has made it it's home...

Location
========
Deep in the swamps of Blackwood. On your map, it is located just West of the top loop of the last "d" in "Blackwood". See Screenshot.

Details
=======
Kendelford Avon is a Player house mod. It features a furnished Chapel home with abundant safe storage, sleeping quarters, display, and alchemy ingredients. Outside the Chapel, there is a full, ruined and abandoned town with more alchemy ingredients, dreary atmosphere, and "Clyde the Friendly Training Zombie".

Please not that if your character is not a Vampire, you will not be able to enter the Undercroft. Don't worry, the only thing down there that isn't a static is a sleeping slab, so you aren't missing anything. It's there for a different reason (see "Future Plans" for more information).

SHIVERING ISLES WARNING: As far as I know, I did not use any SI resources, but it is installed on my system and, if you've used the CS at all, you know it can be hard to tell sometimes. You have been warned.

Install

Incompatibility
===============
This mod changes six exterior cells in use by one of the "Unique Landscapes" mods, and I do believe the exact one is "Panther River", but I am not sure. If you use "UL:Panther River" (or if there is another one in Blackwood), keep in mind there may be problems at the southern end.

somebodys_kid has released compatibility patches for "Bloodlines" and "The Lost Spires". Download them here: http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=23987

Overlapping Files:
I used several resources in the production of this mod. If this mod and another use the exact same modders resources files, go ahead and note that conflict reports will show a problem but to ignore the errors since it will not cause this mod or the other to stop working.

History
=======
