I love this mod. Thank you. I just exclude this mod from OCOV2 Filter so she wouldnt transform into grandma. To exclude it I use wrye bash to change OCOV2 Filter master to another random mod (golden perch inn patch). I dont know if it is a bad thing. This the image to change it master from wrye bash https://ibb.co/1Q3h29n . Then I do small change to her AI in xedit to make her sleep and do all her activity at main floor and not basement. Simply change her cell in AI package from basement to AnvilBenirusManorHaunted "Benirus Manor" [CELL:0001D35F] . I buy extra bed from imperial furniture renovated Mod and place it at main floor and voila! I forget when she sleep but I think its at midnight or 1 am
The audio is very good (excellent quality and vocals) and she works perfectly, though I have two issues which may be because of OCO where her jawline is all kinds of messed up and likewise her height she is about the size of an imp and it scales slightly up and down each time I return to the manor, those issues aside she is well done

In my modlist with OCO and some other mods she became too old for everything. It would be fine if she had average height, but she is a 60 yo midget now
Found her but her dialogue does not give any options to hire her. Disposition is maxed. I did reload, exited the tavern and re enter but nothing. Any thoughts? I've been modding TES4 and TES5 from 2013 so I hope i don't just get a post with a "modding guide".

Make sure you have completed quest stage 120 of MS02 "Where Spirits Have Lease".
If you are sure you have, then stand in front of Rosalind and use console command "XX005354.StartConversation Player, XX00237D", replacing XX with the load order number of the plugin. Should do the trick. If still no, try a clean save.
So I had the same issue bit the console command didnt work for me but uninstalling the mod saving the game then reinstalling it worked. (posting this to help those who may have the same issue.
