Adds the Lion heart manor to the game. A Nice player home located north of Bruma.

DESCRIPTION:
Adds a house called Lionheart Manor outside of Bruma, you will see it when you exit Bruma north gate.
It is a very simple house, nothing spectacular but its a nice home for your player there you can rest, relax and
store your equipment. It contains several chests and displaycases and a basement training area. It also got a bookshelf
with rare books and skill books. The manor also contains the dog named Kaska who will look out for your home when youre not around. Look at the screenshots for a view.
All chests are safe to store items.
It recuires the Shivering isles expansion.
INSTALLING:
Unpack file into your oblivion directory (eg: C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data )
and enable mod from:
oblivion launcher -> Data Files
