An upgrade to Mehrune\'s Razor which corrects what I percieved as the drawbacks to the original: the blade no longer gets \'weaker\' at the higher level versions , and the number of souls claimed makes a difference!
- Permissions and credits
An upgrade to Mehrune's Razor that changes two things: the blade getting 'weaker' as it levels (due to the uses dropping as the enchant gets stronger), and that adds a bonus chance to kill based on the number of souls claimed (up to 1000 souls).
This isn't an uberblade (well, its not supposed to be anyway): the chance to insta-kill is capped at 16% - assuming you've maxed out the luck bonus and claimed at least 1000 souls with it.
This file is in omod format. Place it in your omod directory and install. :)
If you already have the Razor, mouse over it and you'll noticed the increased enchant charge (if its a higher leveled version). Confirmation that its installed can be found in the claimed soul message you see - mine says 'Mehrune Dagon has claimed this soul! xx souls claimed." - the original says merely "Dagon has ... etc." .
Note: You will need to have the original Mehrune's Razor by Bethseda installed. If you have the unofficial patch for it, mine includes the fix (and in fact overrides it anyway).
