DESCRIPTION

This mod to Oblivion adds a moderately large house with a basement south-east of Weye,
and slightly modifies the values of enchantment. At first it was just the enchantment
modification, though then I thought I would add more, and then I ended up spending
hours of my time just to make this small house. But then again, this is my first
house I have ever made through using a kit.

For Enchantment, you might see how each soul gem can uphold four times it's original
power. This is on the exception of a grand sould gem which can hold 500 magic. Also,
I modfied the gold costs to cost significantly less, so when you enchant an item, you
wont have to pay as much gold obviously. Though I'm not sure if that also works on
spellmaking. And magic costs for effects have been lowered, so you can make even
more powerful enchantments for weapons.

For the house, I spent probably 97% of the time I spent making this mod. Even though
it isn't too good. I used the in-game castle kit for the passageways and rooms. The
house consists of a hallway leading to four different areas. Also, remember that
this house is located as a settlement nearby Weye. You enter it through a mages guild portal.

The first is a narrow
area, which only leads to the exit.
The second is a more miscellaneous area. This one
has training dummys, as well as this extremely messed up guy hanging from his head,
which is attached to a board. Also, it has one altar which gives you a transcendent
sigil stone of a kind, one altar giving you 500 gold, and one altar giving you
a soul gem. It's also a cheat room if you use the altars, so if you're not into cheating,
don't use the altars.
The third is more like a utility room. Spellmaking, enchanting, merhants to buy enchanting
tools, and a shrine if you have recently contracted a disease of some sort.
The fourth is just a living room, a few containers, chairs, tables, beds, items, etc.

Then is the basement, crates, more containers, two buildings put together,
and is slightly flooded.

ALL CONTAINERS IN THIS MOD ARE SAFE TO BE STORED IN.

You might have noticed the crazy assortment of tamed creatures inside the house.
I couldn't think of much else, so I put in some creatures I thought would
kind of lighten up the feeling. A dog, deer, crazy frost atronach that follows you,
and in the basement are a few "nuisiance" creatures.

-Fixed the dog glitch.
-Crazy Atronach doesn't follow you at all anymore. To all the modders that I hope
will assist me in this mod, I put up a script called "KSEBCrazyFrostAtronach".
Hopefully, someone can find out what's wrong with it.
-Added a few more in game items just lying around. In the basement, some items
are in the water, just for the more "old" feeling.
-Lowered the water in the basement, I thought it was pretty hard to see with the
water level so high.
-I fixed the glitch concerning the high collision between the transition in the
basement. Now there is a door that teleports you directly to the other side.


Installation - Uninstallation

To install, copy the KSEnchBonus.esp file into your Oblivion\Data directory.
To uninstall, deactivate KSEnchBonus.esp, and then delete it.
