Year later, but in case someone runs into the same thing: If you click 'preview contents' at the download it's the core file. If you don't have it it must mean you installed it wrong. I recommend wrye bash for oblivion modding if you don't already use that. It 100% needed if you try to mod this game.
I'm in need of assistance, i'm at the quest where I need to talk to Publius Candidus but he only has the Rumors option nothing else, I increased disposition to 90 and still nothing, how do I proceed?
This is after I was ambushed outside my manor by some legion guards and Decimus the fletcher sends me to his old captain Candidus. Name of the quest is Property Rights
Hi, I am at the goblin lair. The green quest arrow puts me right outside the entrance. There is nothing where the green arrows says to go. No supplies or Elahai...IDK....
Edit: Well, I found that bad dude and followed him to the middle of the IC bridge and killed him... everyone was happy and I got the manor and furnished. That was fun... hope there's more!
I was wondering if anybody has a solution for the Manor Bedroom not spawning/working. I've purchased the deed but that room is still empty. However I have purchased the Alchemy room and the guest room and they are working. I'm using the Cobl version.
Any ideas?

Warning to all, this mod caused my game to crash. After finding the source of it in modlogger and disabling it the crashes went away. Make sure to test out that this mod isn't crashing your game before using. I know how annoying it can be to find the one mod that causes all the bs.
Downloaded, attempted to install with Mo2. There is a BSA file but does not appear to be any kind of ESP with the download, weird because clearly other people have got it working. Tried to use BSA extractor but still no joy.
EDIT - Sorry just realised i am a total idiot did not tick the Non-COBL box in Bain. Have now done that and it worked a charm. Apologies for my stupidity and for commenting before i realised my mistake
