I felt that the Vanilla races in oblivion were not distinct enough, and a couple of them were somewhat underpowered. This is my stab at improving them.

VCI Races - Part of Valkyr's Cyrodiil Improvements
Each race is defined by BLOOD, SKILL and POWER.
BLOOD
This is often used by more than one race, as several of the races on Tamriel share a common Background
SKILL
These are unique to each race, and will be either an Ability or a Lesser Power.
POWER
each of these are unique to each race, and will always be a Greater Power.
Each race has a stereotype that it is best known for. The race's abilities are generally geared towards that type of character, although by choosing your character's birthsign, you can add additional variety. Here is a list of the races and their racial stereotypes.
HIGH ELF - Mage Vs Non Mage
DARK ELF - Mage Vs Mage
BRETON - Mage/Warrior
ORC - Warrior Vs Mage
NORD - Warrior, Defensive
REDGUARD - Warrior, Aggressive
WOOD ELF - Rogue, Ranger
KHAJIIT - Rogue, Thief
ARGONIAN - Rogue, Assassin
IMPERIAL - Jack-Of-All-Trades
To add additional Variation, Orcs and Nords have Been made larger and bulkier, as befits their warrior natures.
Included in the archive is a file called Race Details.txt. This has a list of all the powers and abilities that each race has. I'm not going to include them here, as it will take up far too much room, and I'm sure you'd rather find out by playing.
