So the Questgiver for the book quest has been replaced by a different vampire. Is it possible to reset the quest (set something in the save or just start it again with a different vampire?) does the questgiver respawn in a different dungeon? I have seen mention of it once or twice in all the comments but no real solution to despawning questgivers. The questgiver was inside sundercliff watch, Varsa Baalim near the Matriarch/Patriarch. I'm going to try a few things if someone has any suggestions they would be most welcome.
I am in the process of creating voices for this mod using ElevenLabs AI. Its a lot of voices, so its taking a while. I'm maybe half way through. I will upload it to Nexus Mods when it is complete. I'll let you know when I do so.
I just hit a little bit of a set back. At some point in time, Elevenlabs changed the bit rate of their voice clips. They used to be 64 kbps (the format Oblivion likes), and without announcement changed it to 96 kbps (a format Oblivion doesn't like). I created a ton of voice lines over the weekend, and now I have to go and convert them all to 64 kbps. Don't worry, I will never give up on this!
When being fed upon by the random encounter vamps, I'm left unable to move for the rest of forever... it seems a decently common bug but no one has posted an actual fix in the last 10 pages of the comments, does anyone know whats going on and how I might fix it?
As a bonus, sun damage is a pain, not because of the actual damage, over time healing spells are an easy enough fix, my problem is having to walk everywhere... Like I enjoy the sun damage feature I just hate not being able to fast travel... I'm not going to request a no sun damage cheat item because I actually think they make things too easy, and remove a fun little feature from the mod, but just enabling fast travel would be nice, I'll suffer the consequences of misjudging distance and dying every so often from fast traveling too far and passing too much time while under the sun, but not having the option at all and being forced to walk everywhere all the time, is such a pain in the ass, especially crossing long distances like the aforementioned anvil/cheydinhal while trying to get through the first half of the fighter's guild quests...
Is it possible to get this working with basic primary needs?
If so, could someone please explain how they got it to work?

Actually, nevermind, looks like jsak already found a method further on in this thread so I'm just going to boost it here:
?set BPN.ini_vampire_needcurrent to sv_Construct "Vampire.vampirehourspassed2 * Vampire.vampcravefactor" set BPN.ini_vampire_needmin to sv_Construct "0" set BPN.ini_vampire_needmax to sv_Construct "24"
Approached by an NPC vampire called Anna the Poor and it enters a dialogue, two options where she bites you and one where she just leaves. When she bites me, my game gets stuck in 3rd person, my character is stuck crouching and won't move. I can press escape to quit the game, but no other game key works.
I did. All that happened was my character stood up, still unable to be played. I can't remember if they dropped back into the crouch after that, though.
Same thing keeps happening to me!! How long does a bite take? I had "Anna" twice...Frozen Then today I got "Rydiger" Much nicer but Freeze. One remote possibility Both my Characters are custom-Mystic Elfe and a Vampire Race other than looking awesome she has no powers and does not need to drink blood...I am lastly trying a regular race for Oblivion...Sory I could not offer any more help.
happened to me too twice some dude comes out of nowhere in the forest does something to me then I'm paralyzed for eternity. Can't move can't do anything.
Yeah. Open up VampireScriptNew in the construction set. I believe the button that controls vampire senses is determined by that script. Unfortunately Nekhanimal did not see it fit to provide a configuration file for user friendliness.

I have generated AI voices for this mod using Elevenlabs. You can download them here: AI Voices for Nekhanimals Awesome Vampire Mod.
