    Can't travel to Stirk from the Anvil docks, get the load-screen, then the black screen, then I'm back to Anvil. The teleport spell doesn't appear in my spellbook. Also, the LODs don't work either. I'm guessing there's some mod conflict at hand, but I can't understand what it is or why.

    You can travel to Stirk if you install amod called TWMP Hammerfell. Well, that means that you will have to install all the mods that TWMP Hammerfell requires.

      This isn't necessary at all. The teleport never worked for me but it hardly matters:
      You don't actually need the teleport in order to get there since it is located in the same worldspace as Cyrodiil. Travel to Garlas Malatar and swim directly west from there and you'll 'run' straight into it. There are map mods that add Stirk to the map so that you can fast travel there too.

      But is there some more elegant solution? My load-order is already pretty hefty even with all the merged plugins. :|

      Aside from using the console to center on cell your way there, not to my knowledge. The console isn't something I would recommend using often as it can break your game (probably more so with Skyrim) depending on usage. You can use a mark and recall mod but you would still have to get there in order to use the spell.

      Well that sucks. The mod's 9 years old by now, you'd think someone would come up with a fix.

      But why should you want to take these difficult paths, like installing TWMP et al., or extra spell mods, if there's a regular ship for passengers to Stirk? If I remember correctly, some mods move it outside the port, to the cove just north of Anvil, but easy to find. Just make sure you have disabled borders in Oblivion.ini (change bBorderRegionsEnabled=1 to bBorderRegionsEnabled=0) and the ESM file loads directly after the Oblivion.ESM file.

    The environnement and the NPCs are good. A lot of fetch quests (sometimes literally), two NPCs died and were hidden in static objects, and I needed to use enableplayercontrols in the command line at the end of "The Ballad of Jean and Mori".

    The teleportation spell doesn't work for me (Load Screen, then I am still in Anvil). I can move with MoveTo to the two markers (Anvil and Stirk), so I don't see why the spell doesn't work.

    I ak stuck at the "A third party" quest. I reach the ancient ruin with Amarius Eulius but nothing happens. What must I do?

    Note that I play Stirk through TWMP Hammerfell mod.

    So, when I talk to The Magnificent's captain and choose "Sail to Stirk" it just goes to a loading screen and when it comes back I'm still standing on the boat in Anvil. Did anyone else encounter this?

      Make sure that the ESM file loads directly after the Oblivion.ESM file, AND that you also disabled borders by having bBorderRegionsEnabled set to 0 in the Oblivion.INI mostly found inside Documents/games/Oblivion. NOT the INI in the oblivion main folder.

      Well, this might as well be a century later, but I'm "rediscovering" Oblivion, and installed this mod- new game, new installation under the Steam version, and I'm having this same issue. Pay my 50-gold just to end up back on the Anvil docks. Load order and ini files configured as prescribed. If anyone has found a cure for this, I'd like to know.

    The only thing that happens when I give the money to Jafan in the ship is the sound of being underwater and returing back to Anvil. A message says that I get the telleport spell, but when I search for it I can't find it. There's not a spell or an object that teleprts me to Stirk. What can I do to fix this?

    what is the point of this? its completely un finished and broken... what a waste of time downloading this, future reference, anyone downloading this? DONT. CRAPWARE!

      Eh, another 'constructive critic'. Something tells me - judging by your experience here - that it's rather you who did something wrong while installing the mod, than thousands other users who enjoyed it (including the thousand who endorsed it). But since you didn't care to give any details there's even no way to clarify what may have gone wrong. Well, your bad.

    This and the compatibility patch contains dirty edits.

    TR_Stirk.esp - Contains dirty edits: 11 ITM, 1 UDR records.
    Stirk_Compatibility_Patch.esp - Contains dirty edits: 0 ITM, 12 UDR records.

    Should they be cleaned or are they necessary for the mod to function?
