Requirements:
============
Requires v1.2.0416.

Description:
============
Cast out from the Mages Guild by Hannibal Traven for their "unacceptable practices", these bitter alchemists
struggle to eke out a living selling their poisons and potions outside of towns.

Details:
============
Outside the city walls of all the outlying cities, there will be a rogue alchemist. Most are near or behind the stables. All are alongside the city walls, except Bravil:

Cheydinhal - Llena Arthrin - outside the east gate, to the right
Chorrol - Devela Ranis - behind the stables
Anvil - Neldaril - west of the stables
Skingrad - Drenel Hraelu - south of the stables
Bruma - Rathin Aldori - behind the stables
Leyawiin - Ralawen - just south of the west gate
Bravil - Faenthor - at the ruins north of the stable

Note that if you do not see them near their bedrolls that at dusk they go off to collect flora for two hours, and also, if frightened by creatures, they will often run away, so you may need to wait for them to return.

In addition, their cranky, bitter behavior makes them unpredicatable and sometimes they won't barter with you. If
that happens, keep trying every so often until they change their mind. Further, don't expect them to sell you anything if you wake them from their sleep.

Potions/poisons are in leveled lists with thresholds of level 1,5,10,15,20. So, you won't see their full inventory until level 20.

Forget persuading them, or charming them. They can't be so easily manipulated. Hopefully you have a high mercantile skill.

Installation:
============
Extract the ESP file into the Oblivion\Data directory. Enable the ESP, either with Oblivion Mod Manager, or in
Oblivion.

Removal:
============
Disable the ESP, either with Oblivion Mod Manager, or in Oblivion. There should be no detrimental effect to any
saved games, although any potions or poison purchased from these alchemists will disappear from your inventory.
