This Oblivion mod adds 3 new races to leveled lists in Red Mountain: the Ash Slave, Ash Zombie, and Ash Ghoul. All 3 races feature new textures, and all but the Ash Slave feature new meshes.
This mod uses Morroblivion - a program used to convert the content of TES3:Morrowind into TES4:Oblivion. More information about this mod can be found in a simple google search.
