   I found that the merchant's inventory chest can be found under him if you toggle collision off.So if someone knows how to mod and could fix that issue it would maybe help those who are haveing trouble.

   I will rate this once you fix a slight bug:
   -The Merchant won't sell to me even when he sits down at the pier.
