Causes Restoration to level as fast as Mysticism and Illusion.
For some reason Restoration levels at a 5th the rate of other magic schools. I think having a high restoration skill can make way for a fun character to play, and this mod allows you to reach that high skill before it's too late. Created/Posted on request. Was set 0.6, and is now set at 3.0
