Before I get started, I would point out his is not a mod but a change in ini.
I do not know if this is common knowledge but here a guide for newcomers and those who usually forgets this tweak(Me included). I also added a file just for safe keeping. It contain the instruction below.
Here an instruction on how to get those enemies color bar.
1. Go to 'My Documents' folder. 2. Go to 'My Games' folder. 3. Open up the 'Oblivion' folder. 4. Find and open the Oblivion.ini in Notepad. 5. Find ( Ctrl + F ) 'bHealthBarShowing' 6. Next to 'bHealthBarShowing', there should be a 0. Change the 0 to a 1. 7. Save the Oblivion.ini. 8. Open Oblivion 9. Hack some npc and check if you see and colored bar above their head. 10. Enjoy!
Unstall: Just redo the instruction above but change the 1 to a 0 in step 6.
Hope this helps.
Oh, ya, I am not responsible if you computer damaged or exploded in anyways, shape, or form.
