Buy the ring-torch possible in shop "Divine Elegance" in Imperial City.

Fixed bugs "... some mecanism don't work in ayleid ruins when ring is
equiped, trap does no activate or stone door not oppening."

Remarks:
"Use Welkynd Stone" - the ring is charged for one work hour.
If player uses the torch, that ring is switched off.
