Though I have a problem. Sorry that I'm a bit lazy to look back on previous comments to see if this problem was solved.
Anyways, I activated the mod. All works fine. I even tested it out and blur and tunnel vision is awesome. However, I noticed on my HUD that my Magicka and Fatigue bar keep twitcing, and my Fatigue bar is slightly over the standard limit it should be.
But that's not a thing I really worry about. The thing that kind of annoys me is that every few seconds, my screen blurs, no tunnel vision, regardless of my health. So, at full health, I suddenly have blurry vision for a VERY brief moment, before returning to normal vision again.
I know this problem isn't such a major issue, but it would be nice if there was any solution for this.
I like seeing something when I get a disease, not finding out about it X days later. I think the vision should swim when you are low on health though. If it does, then its so weak I don't even notice it. Something like Fallout 3's effects when your head is crippled would be good.

Thank you, makes the game a lot more better and exciting!
Now all I need is a realistic magicka mod.
I try a lot of MODs--and ditch most of them. This one is on my short list of those that have stood the test of time.
Great mod adds that much more realism to the game. Thanks
Does exactly what it says it does and is a very welcome change.
Here is my endorsement =) Makes combat... indeed more realistic. Sometimes painfully more so.
I've been playing with this mod for a long while, and I finally got around to rate it. It's amazing how much this small change improves immersion.
