A race called Outlander, apearance-wise basically a modified Imperial with Daedra eyes. It's specialties are stealth and illusion magic. They have two abilities, one which allows them to control or charm almost anything for two minutes (Hearts & Minds) and one granting 50ft of Detect Life and Night Eye for two minutes (Heightened Awareness).
The associated class, Outlands Agent, is a stealth class focusing on agility and personality.
Technically, I made this mod before the Choose Start Equipment mod, but I didn't add descriptions and release it until afterwards.
