Adds a new darker goblin to the game as a partner. He is located next to the other two goblings in the IC WaterFront area. All meshes are stock meshes, and textures are recolored and what not to fit what I wanted. The shield and mace are specific to him. They are stronger than the normal
weapon they come from.
