Description
===========
Have you ever pressed F1 to check your stats and everything looks ok?
Then later you unequip a fortify item and find an attribute or skill has been
damaged or drained? You wonder what the hell? When did this happen? This
mod will notify / remind you when your base stats are not 100%.

Details
=======
This mod adds a 3 scripts and a configuration ring.
Configuration in The Cobl version is located in +[Options].

The script is defaulted to notify you with a Message and the Hit Shader effect
every five minutes. The script simply compares your character's base levels to
unfortified current levels for attributes and skills. If the current level is
less than the base, a message appears - "I don't feel quite right..." and then
Hit triggers the Hit Shader effect.

To turn off the message, adjust the strength of the Hit Shader effect, or to
adjust the time between notifications, equip the zIDFQR Ring. If you are using
the Cobl version, open your inventory, select +[Options], and then select Configure
I don't feel quite right.
Your changes will take effect immediately on closing the menu.

This script does not change or modify anything. All it does is gather
statistics and report them. However, it will not report WHICH attribute or
skill is diminished.

Known Issues or Bugs
====================
There is a minor issue with mods that trigger the hitshader (Realistic Fatique for
example) or imposes penalties (Deadly Reflex for example) on attributes or skills.
IDFQR will trigger during these events. With the hitshader effect, you may have a
momentary glitch and it will correct itself on the next trigger.

As for the penalties, you could see a "I don't feel quite right" when running backwards
or performing some other act where a penalty could be imposed. Sorry, can't do anything
about that.
This mod will ignore any NEW attribute or skill added by another mod.
