About this mod

Recruit up to 10 NPCs to join your cause. Any NPC can be recruited, even those from other mods. All recruits can summon and ride their own horse, along with basic wait/follow orders, and inventory sharing. Use the pick axe to set up a camp with tents, beds, and even a small camp fire. Pack-up and relocate the camp at any time.

---------------
Version .3
---------------

This is a complete rebuild of the mod, intended to remove the possibility of save game bloating, and possible loss of NPCs who are cloned. Now when you use the spell on an NPC, a clone is created with no items. Then the original NPC is scaned to find what items he has and they are added to the clone, who will become your companion. The original NPC remains in game so there is no chance of losing him.

Many bugs are fixed in this version. If you find one please reply in the comments section where you downloaded this mod.

If you are currently using an older version of this mod make sure you dismiss all NPCs and make a clean save before installing this mod.

Description
---------------

This mod lets you recruit up to 8 NPCs to follow and fight with you. A touch spell is added that will allow you to recruit actors to your army. Simply cast the spell on any NPC to add them. The spell will create a copy of the original NPC. Recruits will have their names recorded in the list when you use the "Select Individual" command from the crystal ball inventory item called My Personal Army. You can hot key the Crystal Ball for ease of use, or just click it in the inventory to open menus for Companion commands. Recruits can summon and ride their own horses.

Once you have recruited NPCs you can give them commands using the Command Ball in misc items. Commands include things like follow, wait, sleep, share inventory, dismiss, etc. Using the dismess command will completely delete the companion, so make sure you take any items back from them before using this selection. Dismiss will also open the slot previously occupied by that NPC in the list of companion names. The next NPC you recruit will then fill that slot. Following distance is determined by the NPC's placement on the list with top most following the closest.

You can use this spell to create a clone companion of any NPC in the game, even Uriel Septim if you so choose. Even hostile NPCs can be cloned. Any clone you make will be aligned to the player faction, and will follow and fight with you if you use the follow commands. I add a few basic low level spells to them when they are created, but if you want more try one of the mods that allow you to teach NPCs spells.

Another feature is the ability to build a small camp. Use the Camp Tool (looks like a pick axe) to set up your camp. When choosing a location for the camp items please ensure that the ground is mostly level and flat (with no grass) to avoid odd looking placement of tents and such. Camp items will remain set-up until they are packed-up. To pack-up tents individually click on the bed related to the tent for an option list.

When placing tents the player may get stuck inside the collision mesh. Most times moving back and jumping will free them, or using the console command "TLC" to turn off collision may be necessary in some situations.

Known Issues
-------------

After having one of the companions sleep they may stay wearing their sleeping clothes when asked to follow. Accessing their inventory and closing it will cause them to equip their armor if they have any.
