On the Bethesda message boards, a member by the username of Shingouki was making a mod to overhaul NPC clothing to fit the NPC's personality. (The first part of which is out now. It's totally brilliant and you should download it.) This project included Cheydinhal's infamous group of player-insulting Skooma dealers, the Orum Gang. Shingouki wanted a gang symbol tattoo for them, but he went so long without one, I made one!
This is a modder's resource, only textures are provided with no ESP. Feel free to use this texture in your mods, even if you're not Shingouki. :)
Instructions on how to use:
1) In the Construction Set, click the Character tab and click Races from the menu.
2) Right-click on Orc, and select "Duplicate". This will create a race that uses all the Orc files, but is a seperate race. You may want to click on the ID of this race, next to the name, to something like "TattooedOrc" or "OrcWithTattoos", or whatever.
3) If you want only NPCs to have tattoos, check off the Playable box in the Description tab. But you can skip this step if you want to play as a tattooed Orc.
4) Go to the Body tab. Click the box for the male upper body texture, and set it as orctattoo.dds.
5) For users of Robert's Male Body, also change the male foot texture to orctattooRobetsFootmale.dds. This is not needed with Vanilla bodies.
6) Sorry, there is no step six.
You may have to do the steps twice - I've found that sometimes the CS does not save changes to a duplicate race the first time, but the second time around it will work.
