A save file with a Imperial girl named Sabrin Gratus in the starting dungeon.
a) There is a .esm file named "Imperial Ren Hair" where I added the Ren's Hair to the Imperial race. The pics use this hair file:
...Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data\Meshes\Characters\Ren\Hair\Ren_Hair06F
Use it if you have Ren's hair installed but you didn't added them to the imperial race.
b) If you did you can use the "showracemenu" console command or the "Oblivion Face Exchange" program to change the hair.
