"Who's up for a game of Bobbing for Poisoned Apples?!"
What this mod does:
Adds some Halloween flavor to Cyrodiil through the use of jack-o-lanterns, pumpkins, scarecrows, cobwebs and other objects. Most objects are static with no collision to avoid any npcs or you getting stuck on them. The only exception is in the Dark Brotherhood sanctuary where you will find a bottle of blood, a few bottles of a certain wine (quest tag removed) and a few poisoned apples as they seem to like playing Bobbing for Poisoned Apples. Just be careful not to break the skin!
This is purely a cosmetic mod and I believe this is the first 'seasonal' mod anyone has done, not counting any clothing mods.
Feel free to open the CS and add any of the objects anywhere or to whatever house you're using. Anything I have added or altered in making this, is listed with a 'ZHB' in front of the items name in the CS lists. Pretty much everything is found under Static and Lights.
Also, if you don't like the blood on the DB pumpkin you can change it by opening the .nif and pointing the texture to the pumpkin01.dds in the /Hallo-blivion folder
Just remember, nothing in this mod is on a schedule, so when you're over the Halloween thing, just disable or uninstall this.
I wanted to do some more with this, but I'm running out of time, so maybe next year's will be bigger and better! And I hope you enjoy!

Oblivion 1.2.0416, with SI and all other official plugins installed.
Incompatibility:
There may be conflicts with other mods that alter the layouts of cities. If you find a conflict please let me know and I'll list it here.
Installation:
Open the .zip folder and drag and drop the Textures, Meshes and .esp to your Oblivion/data directory.
If you're using OBMM, I assume you know what you're doing.
Please load this as HIGH in your load order as possible to avoid conflicts.
Permissions:
This is also a modder's resource. Feel free to use any of the Jack-o-Lanterns, Scarecrows or anything else I've created in this for any projects or personal use you have. Just gimme the credit, please. I did spend a couple weeks on this after all. Just do not upload this exact same mod anywhere else.
