This script enables magicka regeneration while waiting or resting for users of the character advancement system nGCD by tejon.
Installation:
Copy the file to your Oblivion\Data folder, activate it with OBMM and make sure it is the last plugin in your load order. In the game begin to wait and then cancel the waiting process before it's over. From now on your magicka will be replenished while waiting or sleeping.
