About this mod
Adds the Mantle of Woe to the game, slightly tweaked stats from the original in Morrowind. Also adds a small quaint player owned home/basement secret to the Arcane University, as well as the illegal book Chronicles of Nchuleft. All are earned by killing the mage currently wearing the mantle of woe inside the home.

Mantle of Woe
stats: 250 magicka, 50 conjuration, 10 shield, 7 spell reflect.
Chronicles of Nchuleft
lore: Illegal book in morrowind.
Small player owned home
Info: Not too expencive, nothing special other than its in the arcane university. Good for a spell caster i guess, its all earned by killing the mage
The mage is difficult, expecially at level 1-5. So if you must, type ~ in console, click the mage, type KILL and press enter, Then type ~ again and hes dead.
All containers are safe, the only reason theres a home is because i couldnt think of where else to put the dude. So it mainly falls under armor/weapons as its centered around the mantle.
Will edit/add more about description tomarrow. Too tired right now its 11pm. Small description in readme about how to find the basement. its not inside a place its outside in the arcane university.
Im open to suggestions if you want me to improve or add to it. I only spent liek 15 minutes on the mod it was a personal quicky. Will read all and stuff tomarrow VERY tired. good night and may the nine protect your journeys.
