About this mod
You\'re no longer forced to play the main quest. You start off in Anvil (having just arrived by ship from another province). The Emperor is still alive, Kvatch accessible and has not yet been invaded.

Details
=======
This is another my compilation of mods.
So, all credits and thanks goes to authors of original mods:
1. thePOSTALdude for "M.O.E. Main Quest Delayer".
2. Kvatch Rebuilt team (Chrissuit33, Ionis, Elessar_VPR, kanjadd, greedo, Gez-Waltherp58, Molotox, Sandman53, ghostwalker71, CB Droege, Radik, Maniac One, Wolfen, dutchmam, vible, Lord Memphis) for their outstanding mod and specially for making it friendly for other moders.
This mod keeps all original "M.O.E. MQ Delayer" (link for M.O.E.) features, so, i'll quote its description and describe changes only.
and CHANGES:
1. Main thing is, of course, alive Kvatch. It just has working guilds, shops, and Arena (you can watch or fight). There is no other quests in this city. All distantLOD meshes and textures are included. It means Kvatch will be look alive on any distance. BUT, please, READ CAREFULLY INSTALL and UNINSTALL notes.
2. Added possibility to avoid tutorial dungeon. In the place, where Captain Renault dies, you can just follow imperor through the door instead break in a wall.
3. After starting MainQuest (emperor's murder) you are no longer need this mod. You MUST uninstall it (please follow Install/Uninstall instructions). I recommend uninstal it just after exit from prison sewers.
Issues
======
If you have issues with "missing meshes" signs inside Kvatch, please unpack Kvatch Rebuilt.bsa to your data directory. You can do it using OBMM or BSA Commander.

2. Copy mod files to (install folder)\Oblivion\Data\.
3. Start Oblivion Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s).
Uninstall
=========
1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod.
3. Restore BackUp'ed files.
Incompatibility
===============
Of course, it incompatible with KR and KA and any altering Kvatch mod. Please, use them only after uninstalling this one.
Same recommendation regarding "Enhanced Daedric Invasion".
