This mod has been combined with Cosmic Night Sky and can now be downloaded here COSMIC SKYCYCLING
SkyCycling uses SAMROSKI's COSMIC NIGHT SKY and the SkyCycling part will not function until you've got his texture folders in place.
If you want your game to be so immersive that you don't have to worry about stopping/remembering to save, this has a selectable option that will make it so.
