About this mod
Version 1.1 out now! Adds some new playable races. Adds some NPCs of NEW race to Weye. Adds more houses to Weye. All new NPCs have script, each new race is balanced with the rest. Requires KT_CustomRaceFix (included as separate mod) NEEDS OBLIVION OFFICIAL PATCH 1.2 OR HIGHER

Weye is now a town of culture.
Weye now has two new houses,.
Along with 4 new NPCs. And each NPC is a unique race.
Each NPCs have there own lifes, they don't just stand around!
And I nearly forgot, all these new races are playable!
And are equally balanced, so no overpowering!
(Installation)
Easy, all you do is put the "Weye Culture" esp. and Texture folder (yes, if asked to overwrite) into the Oblivion/Data folder
You can find the data folder by doing this... Go on "My Computer"
Then the C: Drive (Name MIGHT vary)
Then click on Program Files
Then find Bethesda Softworks
Then Oblivion
Then Data, and then all you do is put the "Weye Culture" esp. into that folder!
Then for the textures folder, just drap that into the Data folder too, when asked to overwrite click "yes"
!!Important!!
If you have downloaded my old mod. "Vemptars and Oudebroergion" esp. please replace
that one with this one!!!
