Mirage is a Southern Siren saved game at the end of the sewers. The ESS & OBSE save files are included in the download. The Southern Siren race is part of the "Asharas Sirens and Tritons - RM - HGEC - Growlf - UFF" mod (which has excellent descriptions and instructions) found here:

The Mirage face started out as a Siren, modified from Saskia's face and textures, then evolved into a Dark Siren and finally a Southern Siren. Mirage is an Illusionist -- all spells, plus speechcraft instead of alchemy -- which seemed in character for me. Hope you enjoy.
