About this mod

This mod is all about explosives and not only do you get to plant bombs you can MAKE them! this is the best explosives mod i have seen with 21 explosives (inclueding trip wires) and counting plus the ability to creat every one of the explosives.

Permissions and credits
Have you ever wanted to plant bombs in oblivion? Have you ever wanted to MAKE BOMBS in oblivion? well in this mod you can! this mod is all about explosives and is the only one of it's kind that i have seen.

what this mod does is adds a smith (south of chorral, the place is called Daedric Smith) that has explosives on sale. From the smith you are able to gain a free Explosives Manaul (eaplains how to use and make explosives) and you will be able to buy different explosives such as:
High Explosive
Explosive
Local Explosive

====== Explosive Manual (for V1.5)======
Explosives are my newest creation that nobody in Cyrodiil has. Who ever gets to use my Explosives will have a truly unique advantage over their enemies.

Types of Normal Explosives:
High Explosive/Lightning/Very Cold Frost –These are the most powerful explosives I have made, they have a massive blast radius and power, and they damage your enemies for 10 seconds (High Level Explosive).
Explosive/High Voltage/Cold Frost - These are medium explosives, they are better for smaller situation and makes it easier to get out of the blast radius. They damage people for 5 seconds (Medium Level Explosive).

Types of Multi Channeled Mines:
High Explosive (MC)/Lightning (MC)/Very Cold Frost (MC) - These are the most powerful explosives I have made, they have a massive blast radius and power, and they damage your enemies for 10 seconds (High Level Explosive).
Explosive (MC)/High Voltage (MC)/Cold Frost (MC) - These are medium explosives, they are better for smaller situation and make it easier to get out of the blast radius. They damage people for 5 seconds (Medium Level Explosive).
Local Explosive (MC)/Electricity (MC)/Frost (MC) - These are small explosives that are very good in small areas when you want minimum collateral damage. These have a small blast radius and they damage people for 3 seconds (Low Level Explosive).

Types of Quick Detonating Mines:

Types of Trip Wires
This is a nasty little surprise that I conjured up. Very simple concept, you place the trip wire, the target walks over it, BOOM, and now they are dead or near dead. there are three categories of trip wire:
Frost - Frosted Trip Wire
Fire - Explosive Trip Wire
Shock - Electric Trip Wire
All categories have equal strength, area effects, and damage people for 3 seconds. Strength and area-wise the explosion is small but powerful giving you the ability to be close by because the explosion is localized to the person who walks on the wire.

How to use Normal Explosives
1. Place the packed explosive in desirable position.
2. Unpack the explosive by activating it in sneak mode.
3. Now you must exit sneak mode and activate the explosive again to arm it. if you want to pack up the explosive activate it in sneak mode and it will pack up for you.
4. Run away to a safe spot and when you want to make the explosive explode use your newly received spell (detonate) that you would have received from arming the explosive and once cast the explosive will explode.
NOTE: If you arm multiply Explosives you only required to arm one and also they all will explode on the one spell cast.

How to use Trip Wires:
1. Get a packed trip wire on the ground (works best in flat areas).
2. Point the bottle neck in the target's direction (think of the bottle neck north and the wire goes west to east, generally works like that).
3. Get into sneak mode and then activate the trip wire
4. Wait for the target to walk on the wire OR pack up the wire by just activating it again.
NOTE: if you walk on the wire it will not explode BUT that only works on you and not on your horses or companions. Also if you need to place a trip wire in a hilly area you should hold the packed trip wire in the air before unpacking so the trip wire doesn't get stuck underground.

How to use Quick Detonating Explosives:
FIRST, these are classified as low level normal explosives when you are crafting them.
1. Drop it out of your inventory.
2. As soon as you drop it there will be a spell added called Quick Detonate.
3. Use the spell any time to explode all of these explosives that have been dropped.
NOTE: this is good if there is something following you because the explosion is small and it is easy to use this on the run (that was the concept of these mines).

How to use Multi Channel Mines:
FIRST:
- All of these mines have been marked with MC.
- You need detonators for these explosives because they do not give you detonation spells.
- You can buy detonators from me.
- There are 6 detonators for channels 1 – 5 and one that can detonate any channel.
- Channels 1 – 5 detonators can be used with hot keys but the multi channel detonator can’t.
1. Plant the explosive as you would for a normal explosive.
2. When you go to arm the explosive there will be a menu.
3. By default all MC explosives are not armed so select a channel that you wish to arm the explosive on.
4. Run away and equip the detonator that is equivalent to the channel you set the explosive on and now it should explode.
NOTE:
-The menu has the options to pack up the explosive as well as disarm the explosive so there is no need for sneak activation.
- You can set up multiple mines and set them on multiple channels and set the different sets of channels off at different times.
- You can have multiple mines on one channel.

How to Craft your own Mines:
First of all you will need tweaked alchemy tools which have the same name as normal alchemy tools but in brackets at the end it says “for explosives”. Each tool is for a different thing as shown:
- Mortar & Pestle (for explosives) is for the construction of any mine once you have the potions required for an explosive.
- Almbic (for explosives) is for making high level mine and trip wire potions.
- Retort (for explosives) is for making medium level mine and component potions.
- Calcinator (for explosives) is for making low level mine potions
- Empty bottles are required for the construction of a mine because the mine goes in side it before it can be used (empty bottles are sold at most general stores all over Cyrodiil and me).

Low/Medium/High level mine potions are the potions for the three different levels of mines, for fire it is Low = local explosive, Medium = explosive, and High = high explosive. These potions are needed for normal and multi channeled mines and is what makes each of those different mines unique. Here is a list of mines potions with required ingredients:

Low level:
Bottled Frost - Milk Thistle Seeds X2 + Nightshade X1
Bottled Fire - Troll Fat X1 + Imp Gall X2
Electricity in a Bottle - Fly Amanita Cap X2 + Wisp Stalk Caps X1

Medium level:
Liquid Cold - Vampire Dust X2 + Nightshade X1 + Bottled Frost
Highly Flammable Liquid - Steel-Blue Entoloma Cap X2 + Troll Fat X1 + Bottled Fire
High Voltage Bottle - Ectoplasm X2 + Wisp Stalk Caps X1 + Electricity in a Bottle

High level:
High Explosive Bottled - Troll Oil + Highly Flammable Liquid
Concentrated Shock Jelly - Ectoplasm X5 + Wisp Stalk Caps X1 + High Voltage Bottle
Elixir of Jack Frost - vampire dust X4 + nightshade X2 + Liquid Cold

Tip wire potions are a required component for making trip wires. Here is a list of trip wire potions with required ingredients:
Frosted Liquid - Bottled Frost + Milk Thistle Seeds X4
Troll Oil – Troll Fat X6 (this is also required to make other potions.)
Liquid Shock - Electricity in a Bottle + Fly Amanita Cap X4

And finally there are component potions which are what makes the different mines work, here is a list (don’t have very creative names) with required ingredients:
Summon Explosive Shell Potion - Bloodgrass + Clannfear Claws + Daedra Heart
Detonator Liquid - Daedra Silk + Daedra Venin + Daedroth Teeth
Multi Channel Liquid - Daedra Silk + Daedra Venin + Daedroth Teeth + Dreugh Wax
Touch Detonation Liquid - Daedra Silk + Daedra Venin + Daedroth Teeth + Ogre's Teeth
Summon Trip Wire Potion - Bloodgrass + Clannfear Claws + Motherwort Sprig
NOTE: if you have closed the oblivion gates you can buy the Daedra ingredients from Cyrus.

Now that you have your potions you will need to now how to construct a mine, first you need an empty bottle for every mine you are making. Once you have that the menus are pretty self explanatory in the Mortar & Pestle (for explosives), here is the combinations needed for the mines:

Trip wire is Summon Trip Wire Potion + Touch Detonation Liquid + one of:
- Frosted Liquid to create Frosted Trip Wire (Packed)
- Troll Oil to create Explosive Trip Wire (Packed)
- Liquid Shock to create Electric Trip Wire (Packed)

Normal explosive is Summon Explosive Shell Potion + Detonator Liquid + one of:
Low: (don’t need the Summon Explosive Shell Potion for Low level because these are quick detonating mines)
- Bottled Frost to create Frost (Packed)
- Bottled Fire to create Local Explosive (Packed)
- Electricity in a Bottle to create Electricity (Packed)
Medium:
- Liquid Cold to create Cold Frost (Packed)
- Highly Flammable Liquid to create Explosive (Packed)
- High Voltage Bottle to create High Voltage (Packed)
High:
- High Explosive Bottled to create High Explosive (Packed)
- Concentrated Shock Jelly to create Lightning (Packed)
- Elixir of Jack Frost to create Very Cold Frost (Packed)

Multi Channel explosive is Summon Explosive Shell Potion + Multi Channel Liquid + one of:
Low:
- Bottled Frost to create Frost (Packed, MC)
- Bottled Fire to create Local Explosive (Packed, MC)
- Electricity in a Bottle to create Electricity (Packed, MC)
Medium:
- Liquid Cold to create Cold Frost (Packed, MC)
- Highly Flammable Liquid to create Explosive (Packed, MC)
- High Voltage Bottle to create High Voltage (Packed, MC)
High:
- High Explosive Bottled to create High Explosive (Packed, MC)
- Concentrated Shock Jelly to create Lightning (Packed, MC)
- Elixir of Jack Frost to create Very Cold Frost (Packed, MC)

Now you have the skill and knowledge to create your own explosive by collecting ingredients.

I plan a lot more for this mod such as a wider range of explosives in different forms (covert, arrows, ect), and i plan give you the ablity of creating your own mines using alchemy and smithing. So keep an eye on this mod because i plan to add new versions soon.

====== Requirements ======
all it requires is the shivering isles
