Note , If you use the spell for the first time please do it in cyrodiil... there seems to be some kind of bug.
To fix this follow these steps
1. make a save and quit oblivion
2.uncheck the nollemadnessportalt2 in data files
3. start oblivion and load your save , then make a new one
4. quit oblivion and check the esp in data files
5. load your new save and cast the spell in cyrodiil and it will be fine

Adds a spell which summons a portal to the shivering isles , can also be summoned in the shivering isles to go back to the place where you've been the last time you casted the spell in cyrodiil.
(You obtained the spell when you've loaded a savegame)
(also requires that you've killed the gatekeeper)

You can download the ''fix'' file , place it in your data map and uncheck the nollemadnessportal.esp and check the nollemadnessportalT2.esp.

Second note: If you use coc to the SI then DON'T use the portal to get back to cyrodill , this messes up the script and then you need to repeat the step all the way above in the first note

-If the portal says ''access denied'' means that you haven't killed the gatekeeper yet ( Else it would be cheating to get in new sheot before you get out the fringe)

-The portal does not always appear in front of you , I still have to figure this out...

-The I have no greeting glitch does not occurs

-If you use the COC command to get to the shivering isles and then use the portal , you will be transported to the shivering isles again. ( you may also have the I have no greeting glitch when you use COC)
