Increased normal sneaking movement from 60% normal to 80% normal.
Increased maximum sneaking distance to equal max arrow distance.
It should now be impossible to sneak while holding a light source.
Sleeping targets are now much less likely to detect having their pockets picked.

I created this mod because after reaching Master rank in Sneaking I discovered that the master-level perk either doesn't work, doesn't exist, or has negligably small effect. The game says your sneak attacks ignore enemy armor but after testing it using the console extensively I could not detect any increase in damage against a broad range of targets. Don't be shocked at the new values, a stealth-focused character with low fighting skills doesn't suddenly become an unstoppable killer. New damage multipliers are as follows:
