Well this is my first mod (and my first scripts for that matter!) and second of all this thing doesnt have a read me cause i know you guys dont read them anyways (atleast i dont!)

Now the mod!
-WHat it does-
It adds a scripted book in Crucible that when opened shows you a message and gives you a spell to summon this gentle giant!

-What it was made for-
I made this for high level Characters mostly cause summoner level 20+'s spells were useless! and i couldnt fine a feral partner that had a very good back story so i decided to learn some scripting so i could make this guy!

-The Creatures Story-
Once there was a wolf in the forests of mania a defender of nature and the holy arts of mania however one day the necromancers from little side north of the gates of madness formed a huge army to over throw the beast the wolf faught hard and true next to the creatures of the forests but failed... the necromancers stripped the mighty wolf of all his flesh but for his eyes so he could see the flesh come off from his bones himself then just before they were about to stab his eyes out Shegorath blasted the necromancers doors open and sent his Golden saints to kill the necromancers, after the battle Shegorath over looked the batterd wolf and said "Youve done well great beast i will give you one wish for protecting mania for me all these long years..." The Grand Wolf Just stared at sheogorath then somehow sheogorath knew that the wolf wanted to be forever sealed in a holy book even if he looked as evil as he did and someday fall into the hands of a grand holy warrior and further protect mania.

-Why its a spell and not a full out companion?-
Well its mainly cause of the story i couldve easily made him a full companion but i wanted to keep the story true so..

1.The devoured beast must have a tiny spark of Magicka in his veins at all times to keep his soul and body out of the book

2.But the veins after time pump out all of the magicka (cause he has barely any flesh and is constantly bleeding)

3.When the magicka stops flowing the magic of the book pulls him back in

-FAQ-
Q.Well if he goes back to the book after all the magicka is pumped out of his veins why is it he can die and still be in existence shouldnt he go back to the book?

A.His body is undefeatable (cause its property of the book) but his soul can be defeated and without the soul the body goes limp and all he can do is fall down and wait till the veins pump out the magicka so the body returns into the book

Q.Well if his soul and body go to the book why is it i can summon him even when i dont have the book?

A.When you open the book the message explains that you have all the words all the incantations and everything of the book inside your mind and it lets you open the book nomatter where you are and summon him to you

-RECOMENDED THINGS-
One you should set your difficulty to about middle or more if you want a challenge (any easyer and the hound will kill them to fast...)

Secondly you should get a Dispel spell so you can un-summon him when your entering a city or going through small spaces (cause some guards dont like the evil looking dog and attack it! and hes way to big for small spaces!)

-REQUIRED THINGS-
This mod requires Oblivion: The Shivering Isles

And it also may require the newest OFFICIAL Patch (Not to sure about unofficial!)
