Demiplane House by GoggleDragon
===============================

Found this on my hard drive and decided to upload it. This was my first Oblivion mod, intended just to get a feel for the differences between modding for Morrowind and modding for Oblivion.

Basically, this is a good-sized house in a pocket dimension that you can teleport to with the spell "Demiplane Portal". There's no quest to get it - you get the spell automatically when you load the mod, assuming you've left the Imperial City sewers. The house has a dining room, a sitting room, a kitchen, an alchemy lab, enchanting and spellmaking altars, a display room, a bedroom, an alchemy ingredient garden, and a Security training chest. The house is fairly empty, with plenty of space to put things. The "Demiplane Portal" spell won't work while you're in the pocket dimension. To leave, just use the teleporter you entered at and you'll return to wherever you cast the "Demiplane Portal" spell.

Note that the containers in the kitchen respawn food items, so they aren't safe to store things in, unlike all the other containers.

Installation
============

Just unzip the file into your Oblivion\Data folder and select it in the Data Files screen in the launcher.

None that I know of. I'd actually be shocked if there were, since the mod is self-contained in a separate worldspace.

Feel free to use this however you want. Credit and a link to any mod you include it in would be nice though. Feedback is appreciated. Finally, thanks to Bethesda for making the game.
