I've created several files to BE an NPC. Here, you ARE "Adamus Phillida". You will look exactly like him but you will have to start a NEW game. You will have all of his contents as well as the NPC. Everything should be set such as face, Factions, eyes, and you may have to adjust his hair color. It should be the first hair you see on him to use. There's a third image of the best setting for hair color.
Notes:
-He is the oldest watch captain in the imperial city. I've reduced ten pounds on both, the Cuirass, and Greaves for you. Oh, and you can take stuff that belongs to the Legion as well.
