To setup, simply copy the Data folder into your Oblivion directory, that looks something like this:
C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!!
You do not require any custom dialogue mod or anything like that that's out there. I've already
supplied my own dialogue and have tested it, but I have NOT TESTED what will happen
with both my dialogue and the other mod's. Thus i cannot guararantee that i will be able to solve
your problem if it is related to this.
-=DESCRIPTION=-
THis race is a very frail race, i repeat, FRAIL.
Only equipped with 20 HP in the beginning, you'll have a tough time making it out if you're
going to be a Warrior. Of course, the race makes up for this by having a buffed and boosted
Intellect and Wisdom etc drone blah blah witter drone...
You'll find out best by actually playing it. So good luck!

Anyone is allowed to freely distribute it, as long as they give proper credit, and do not try to
