Adds an amulet to the game which can summon a horse V.1.2 Horse can now walk on water

This mod is my first ever so if there is anything that can be improved let me know.
The amulet is outside the Imperial Prison sewers (the one you come out of at the very beginning of the game).
When equiped it summons a black horse, i have made the horse a little faster for those who think that the horses are too slow.
I use the mod myself and haven't experienced any bugs so as far as i know there shouldn't be any.
Version 2
I have made the horse a little bigger and it now is able to walk on water.
A bug i know of is when running on water it can make a loud splashing noise all you have to do it make the horse jump and it will swim, get bak on top of the water and the noise should be gone.
