This resets the ownership of all clutter crates / barrels / sacks changed by OOO.
When I started playing Oblivion, I found it to be fun to loot all the "worthless" clutter in the IC. Since I installed OOO all of those clutter chests are owned by ICFaction, so looting them would be stealing.
Not anymore!! Put this file into your loadlist somewhere after Oscuro's_Oblivion_Overhaul.esp and start the fun again.
