About this mod
This mod adds a useful basement room to wawnet inn, close to IC It\'s intended mainly but not solely for a good mage kind of a character. Do not expect a pompous house mod. It\'s a humble home.

Description
I started playing with the CS two days ago and this is what became of it. It's my first mod, so i'd really appreciate any feedback
This is basically a house mod. It adds a key to a basement room in Wawnet Inn. The key is on the counter
in front of the innkeeper, just waiting for you to take it. The trap door is partially hidden below the rug
downstairs, next to the bed (the one that's down the stairs behind the bar). The room is intended for
good aligned humble mage, although other types of characters could find it useful too. It's really just one
room with everything you need (imo, anyways)

This is the first version. I don't believe it will get much of an update, since it's just a first, simple housemod

Installation Process
Extract all files to c:\program files\bethesda softworks\oblivions\data. When
you are asked to overwrite files under meshes and textures, select 'yes to all'.
