Yes, it is. The LOD land meshes/textures were meant to have been removed back in 2012 but for some reason it never happened. Land LOD files only fit the game they were generated for, so anyone using any mods in addition to Fallenleaf Everglade should generate their own using TES4LL so that the result fits with all their mods.
Because not all were updated this month, only 19 of them were, of which around two I forgot to remove the LOD files from. The other ULs didn't get updated at all so they still contain the files.
The glade is directly east of Silorn. You can't miss it. The dirt track is the path that leads to Silorn so that should take you right there if you're walking.
If I remember correctly, there should be a dirt track leading south from the road east of Skingrad, which eventually curves east, and then leads into the Everglade.
Just wanted to add that I was having issues with the water not appearing by the doomstone and ruin (& I have the Eyja mod) until I followed the instructions the author gave below and now after tagging it and rebuilding my bashed patch in wyre bash, the water is showing up perfectly.. it's a bit harder finding all those precious gems with the water there though.. heheh =)
Beautiful mod & I'm glad I found a fix to the water not appearing there.. the Eyja mod involves a bunch of quests and that may be why the water level was changed for whatever reason..
Yeah that sounds like it should work Arthmoor, though I've decided to ditch the Eyja mod, its just too buggy for my liking. After all loads of mods work fine loading anywhere but to have to be the last is asking a bit much in my opinion. Anyway Everglade looks perfect now. ">
Everglade should be fine sitting with the other UL mods.
If you still want to use Eyja and it has to be loaded last, you could tag Everglade with C.Water and rebuild your bashed patch. That will override the water height change by Eyja. The author really needs to fix that though, can't see why a companion mod would need to touch water height in a cell.
Arthmoor, where would you recommend Everglade to be in the load order? I load it last beside the patches that it needs to work with other mods plus Eyja.esp. I just updated to version v1.3.1 and I still have no water in proximity to Silorn besides the running water. It just stops in a straight line at the main swamp area.
Since I currently know next to nothing about modding this game (that CS wiki's going to take a lot of reading time) I have to idea what you mean by a shader issue. If the file works for you I don't see why it isn't working for me unless I have an unknown mod conflict in that area. I don't suppose you know of any that haven't been patched?
Update: I loaded the game with a file with everglade the only mod and I have water in that spot.
Update 2; Ignore all that, I can now confirm that Fallenleaf Everglade is incompatible with the mod 'The Romancing of Eyja'. Which is actually rather weird since that mod to my knowledge doesn't touch that area, so it may be to do with load order. Trouble is the author of that mod states that problems occur unless the mod is loaded last, so I'm ditching it.
That problem with the water is likely a shader issue. Best we can really do is to sync the foam meshes with the actual water level and hope that works. The water levels for that spot in the CS are correct, and they look fine for me in-game with Lost Spires and Elsweyr Anequina loaded.
