Addendum from Kikaimegami

I've closed gaps in the top (neck) and bottom, so it should not look oddly around the neck and torso by having gaps there. I've also redone all of the UV mapping on all the scarves and created new textures to go with the new mapping.

Some poses will have the longer scarves behave oddly--this is normal! They are rigged as a tail and if your character had a tail, it would be doing the same. This is not a bug, it's just the nature of the beast.
