Hi, this adds an underground house made brick by brick. It has a bedroom with a closet and study, a training room, a bathhouse and even a wooden balcony. Download now!!

Ok this my first mod i have put on the internet, but don't thinks its rubbish because of that. Ok, this house has its
own bathhouse, training room, bedroom with closet and study and a weapons room and even a wooden balcony. there is loads more as well. Also the house has been made brick by brick and there is about 600+ bricks in it all place side by side which took forever. Its is located in the statue in IC market district. There is no collison things in it
so don't be stupid and jump off, but if you do yuo can easily get back to the top by swimming to the tiny area
with the tiny lighthouse and boat.
If you want to use this just tell me!
all you need is the original oblivion
you may need a 7z opener
