Apparently there is a issue with the sky textures in this mod, causing cloudy skies to be completely black. But you can fix the issue by using the same textures in All Natural.bsa in Weather - All Natural instead.
Is this mod bug-free? There are a lot of complaints in the comments, and it is not clear if the mod was left as it is (was it bugfree?), and then used for All natural? Some kind of clarification would be cool.
can you make a file only with the dark night feature? I have a low-end pc and I want to have dark nights with 0% bright, I mean, 0% to dont see s#*! in front of ya without a torch during night, but I don't want the other weathers cuz I having only 15-20 fps with' em, so can you upload a file only with dark feature or at least tell me how can I do that?
Hey, I don't know if this will ever be worked on as there hasn't been an update in 8 years but the Kvatch rebuilt mod https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/15412? has had an update that removes the .esm file and your patch in the installer still requires it as a master so it won't work. A heads up for you. I can't even check in tes4edit to see if could change the record as it says it won't work without the esm file.
First of all thanks for this mod - I've used it before and it really made a difference to my enjoyment of Oblivion.
I've just reinstalled Oblivion on a new computer and I'm getting an odd bug that I haven't seen anyone else mention. Most of the time, including during the middle of the day, the sky is a uniform black. However the edge just above the horizon shows the correct weather and I think it also works perfectly during the transition periods between weathers, when I get the interesting cloudscapes with blue sky peeking through as I'm used to. After the transition finishes the sky goes black again. The rain and lightning work fine.
This is the first time that I've had to install this mod manually (I'm on Linux Mint using Lutris to run the game) and clearly I've made some sort of mistake but I cannot figure out what! Any ideas?
@ LordEmm: Where do you get the idea that there's a problem from? Yes, there is no longer a separate timescale script for SI, but that's because it has been combined with the Tamriel one.
If it's not working, that's another matter, but look a bit more closely at it before posting messages saying that you need to fiddle with the mod in TES4Edit to fix things.
As for rainbows, they're not included. Use Rainbows In Tamriel.
@wrinklyninja {necro dept.}: The Message Logger complains about it- one approach was to copy EWTimeScaleScript [SCPT:02003DF7] into the SCRI record of EWSITimescaleQuest and save the esp, updating the 01 Tamriel + Shivering Isles folder in the archive.
Dumb question but is there a way to install this and make the nights and caves and such not as dark? Even vanilla oblivion is hard for me to see sometimes and using night eye all the time can be a pain.

Edit: I ended up installing Tamriel support. Good mod.
