This mod adds a settlement/farm called Gold Coast Estate just north north west of anvil. This settlement/farm consists of four new buildings The Manor A servants Quarters A storage house A shop were you can sell anything of value up to 5500 septims 3 new NPC\'s And a new wine

~~~~~~~~description~~~~~~~~~
This mod adds a settlement/farm called Gold Coast Estate just north north west of anvil.
This settlement/farm consists of four new buildings
The Manor for your character
A servants Quarters
A storage house
A shop were you can sell anything of value up to 5500 septims
2 new NPC's called John Coke and chloe both just work on the farmland to make the
settlements lovely and valuble wine called gold coast wine.
The storage room has lots of crates full of the farms food produce
The servants quarters building has 4 beds and loads of containers
The Manor has 1 double bed fire and all the essentials but ive added a celler that has
loads of Gold Coast Wine and i mean loads (just dont tuch them because they all fall
out slowing your computer down) there are wine produce barrels outside of the
servants quaters were the wine that is made is stored untill you take it
Gold Coast Estate allso has sheep in a sheep fold (but be warned they move around even
through the fences and this is something i shall fix in the future)
This is all yours so long as you buy the key from the trade goods outside of anvil on the
docks (its the key that dosent have a key icon image of what it looks like is included)

in the near future i will try to write a quest that you have to complete to gain
the estate and also get the NPC's to say something about Gold_coast_estate

I also am trying to get the estate to make its own type of bread and other things
such as three new types of wine

so far so good no bugs that i know of apart from when i tested it oblivion crashed when i
was running there, if this happens to you bring up the command console and type
the following
player.coc goldcoastestate
and that will then take you there and then you can fast travel there from anywere
