This mod, to put it simply will turn the default Make-A-Character face of the Player to Vicente Valtieri. It also adds Vicente's items to your inventory. Install as usual conflicts with mods that edit the starting player. You will need to choose the hair however. I am afraid that you will have to catch Porphyric Hemophilia on your own, however.
