Excellent weapon models! The Thorgeir weapons remind me a great deal of earlier European iron age swords! Nice job.

    To spk_ownage
No, I like the horse hair <img class=">
But if you have watched the screenies you can see the normal version of the set does not have horsehair or the lamellar piece covering thigh. I just added the hair and armor piece tomake it look more noble and to justify the increased AC and price.

In that case, its alright, although I might add that its best to remove the horsehair.

hmm... can not find the page from where I got "inspiration" for the armor. It was about some slavonic people trying to relive for awhile in medieval conditions and fought...anyway there was this padded cloth/leather + lamellar cuirass...
It is not trying to be viking, norse nor mongol cuirass...
And from these weapons the long sword is the only viking influenced and still not trying to be precise historical replica. The idea for the broad sword is from some celtic sword. I too have done my homework when it comes to armors and weapons but this is not viking weapon set it is Thorgeir set and the armor Ziragon set.

Not to criticize your mod or nothing, since I give it a rating of 9, but were you trying to make this armor look Viking influenced? Me, having knowledge on military history, this looks more like Mongol armor than Norse.
Then again, most noobs wouldn't tell the difference.
