I never liked the default textures for those shoes, they look like ballet shoes to me.
So I thought I would look around in the wiki and maybe make a mod that changes them.
I thought about using the Nistor's Boots textures which I believe are the same as Doeskin's.
But in looking around I saw the Emperor's Shoes listed and that they are no were in the game and not lootable, because you can't loot the dead Emperor.
So here you are, just a retexture of the existing boots to the Emperor shoes textures.
