1) no linear or angular dampening on ragdolls so they no longer fall slowly...
2) 10000ms speed limit on ragdolls so they can fly really really fast provided you find the means to launch them at that speed.
3) IMO the ragdolls are a little more realistic now that they don't fall and float around slowly like dorks.
