Adds a retextured Jyggalag sword to the SI palace, in front of sheo\'s throne.

This mod adds a retextured version of Jyggalag's two-hand sword, which you recieve after
the end of the Shivering Isles Main Quest.I upped the damage a bit from the top end jyggalag sword, its now 30. The original sword had an enchant value of 0, so I
boosted it to the same level as a daedric claymore.
NEW: I twiddled with the texture for a bit, and managed to improve upon it a bit. I also added a new normal map. Screenies included.Same installation steps as Original.
Note: New textures WILL overwrite old ones.
