To cursedfox's comment: No a Ninjato is maybe a foot shorter than a Katana. it was made to look like it was a katana in it's sheeth but was shorter so they had the quicker draw time. technically however they shouldn't be used two hand, though i'm sure they are used two handed quit a bit.

Very nice mod! Enjoying it in game, but it has a deceiving name xD
Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't a ninjatō usually shorter than a one-handed short-sword?
I believe that the 'daitō katana' would better describe what this sword is.

For anyone having trouble finding the sword in-game, it's there right outside the shop, but depending on location mods it might be underground.
Open up your console with the tilde (~) key and type in "tcl" without the quotes to toggle no-clip, then look underneath where the sword should be. That's how I found it.
    Hope this helps.

casval0083: You can't simply start modding your games with a few clicks. You are going to have to do a bit of research before you can begin.

The read me doesn't belong in there. That's just a text document describing this mod. Open it up with the proper program and it will explain your question under point 3. If you don't have a descent program just open it with notepad.

The files that go into that folder are the meshes/textures folders as well as the BlackDragonNinjato.esp. After that you need to use either the default version or another mod manager to activate the .esp file. You can find much better explanations at the links below.
